Recently, Property Cleanups worked in partnership with a fantastic local Gold Coast Real Estate Agency to deliver a Gold Coast Mortgagee Clean-up that achieved $55K above reserve.

This Gold Coast Mortgagee Clean-up had a variety of moving parts, with each contributing to become a large project that was making the property either unsellable or the offers to purchase were coming in extremely low.

The Property Cleanups team worked diligently over a three day period to clear inside the house, clean and set temporary handrails, clear the gardens of rubbish, overgrown trees and moved under the house to clear the patio.

Working through the shed proved a different set of challenges, with many car parts stored and even whole engines that needed to be removed. Working with partnership with accredited oil and metal recyclers we moved a large amount of waste as you will see in the video.
